TLG type fully enclosed steel towing chain can be divided into three types: bridge type steel tank chain, fully enclosed steel tank chain and semi-closed steel tank chain according to the different usage environment and requirements.

Selection principle

1. Determine the height of hg and model of chain plate according to the support plate aperture Dma.

3. Determine the bending radius of the chain type of the support plate according to the function requirements of the drag chain:

2) when the towing chain needs to bear heavy pipe and cable load, high-strength supporting plate-whole type should be adopted;

3) there are many kinds of specifications for installing pipe cables, and frame type support plate can be selected.

4. When the use of machine tool chain is restricted or affected by the environment, the use of steel belt protective support plate is required.

5. Determine the width of the support plate b1 according to the number of installed pipe cables, so as to know the width of the chain B.
