Purpose and scope of application:

This standard applies to the scope of displacement VS (0 ~ 180 mm), TD (0 ~ 120 mm), load range is 154 ~ 217384 n, using temperature range - 20 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ variable spring hanger.

Matters needing attention

(1) installation load, provided by the factory according to the user to use, the two pieces of steam-water positioning block will spring dashboard on the corresponding position and installation load, make the steam-water spring in a rigid state.

(2) after the pipe has been cleaned and water pressure test, the upper and lower positioning blocks can be removed before the pipeline can be put into use.

(3) when the pipeline starts to run, first check whether the positioning block is dismantled at the joint, and then check whether the indicator plate is stuck during the displacement from the installation load to the working load.

(4) after the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of the spring support hanger during the working load is consistent with the design. After the pipe stops running, check whether the indicator plate is reset to the position of the installation load. Check spring hanger fastening, etc.
