Simple, the manufacturing cost is low, so this is all that expansion joint (bellows) in a most cheaply, for pipe size is small, fixed support easy to set up line, should first USES this one. For large diameter pipeline, although the pressure is low, the pressure thrust is also surprisingly large, so be sure to set fixed support and sliding support.

The installation

1. The bellows expansion joint cannot bear weight and should be hoisted separately. Unless the bellows expansion joint is reinforced, the bellows expansion joint shall not be hoisted together with the pipe after welding.

2. Before installation, the model, specification and bearing configuration of bellows expansion joints must meet the design requirements.

3. Pay attention to the bellows expansion joint with inner liner so that the direction of inner liner is consistent with the flow direction of medium, and the hinge rotation plane of the flat-face angular bellows expansion joint is consistent with the displacement plane.

4. The bellows expansion joint that needs to be cold and tight shall be removed after the installation of the piping system.

5. In addition to the design requirements for tension (or compression) or "cold" tight pre deformation, it is forbidden to use the corrugated pipe deformation of pipe method to adjust the deviation, so as not to affect the normal function of the bellows expansion joint, reduce the service life and increase the piping and equipment according to the load of pipe and support components.

6. It is not allowed to splash welding slag on the surface of the expansion joint of the bellows and cause other mechanical damage to the bellows during installation.

7. After the installation of the pipe system, the fasteners of the auxiliary positioning mechanism used for installation and transportation protection on the bellows shall be removed immediately, and the limiting device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements.
