Straight - seam steel pipe is a steel pipe that is longitudinally parallel to the weld line. It is usually divided into metric welded steel pipe, welded thin wall pipe, transformer cooling pipe and so on. The production process of straight seam welded pipe is simple, the production efficiency is high, the cost is low, the development is fast. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe. It can be used to produce welded pipe with a larger diameter with a narrow blank. However, compared with the straight seam pipe of the same length, the weld length increases by 30-100%, and the production speed is low.

Processing method

The main processing methods of straight welded steel pipe include:
